When you register you will get an email confirming your registration. That email will contain a link for you modify your registration numbers. Use that link to modify your numbers. Do not start a new registration.
Registration cost is $65 per attendee.
Payment will be made by check.
Registration numbers may be updated until the registration deadline. However, T-shirts will only be ordered for registration numbers as of 10-23-2026. Registrations after that date may not recieve a T-shirt.
A $50 late fee may be added for new registrations submitted after the published deadline (10-23-2026).
Please mail your check by 10-28-2026, if you add students after that date, please bring a check for the difference with you to turn it at Celebration registration.

Don’t forget to use the discount code at checkout to save on your group’s accommodations! The code is only valid through October 6th, so we strongly encourage you to book your cabins early.
You can also call the front desk of Kentucky Dam Villages to make a reservation. Their number is (270) 362-4271. Press 1 and ask for the same group discount code. If you have any difficulties reserving your spot, please let us know and we can reach out to Kentucky Dam Villages for clarification.
If you would rather get an AirBnB, Holiday Inn, or Houseboat, GO FOR IT!! You decide what you want and how much to charge your kids.
*** Not all cabins at the park are held for us in the discount block. As of 7/1 there were only 6 cabins left in this group. There are other cabins available, just call (270) 362-4271 (option 1), inquire about cabin availabilty that weekend, and THEN tell them you would like the discount for the group with code 5529, if they can’t give it to you ask to speak to Ella Bennett.
